The most attractive aspect of this establishment is of course its being on a boat. And what a charming atmosphere there is aboard, especially in the summer when we visited. Sit on the top deck and you receive great views across the river.

We popped into Cafe Blu, whilst waiting for a river cruise. Super little place with outside seating over the water and tables inside with great views. This restaurant probably has the best location in all of Heidelberg. It is on the water with a gorgeous view of the old bridge and the Heidelberg castle.
