After spending quite a bit of time in the lovely city of Heidelberg, we continue to come back to Weisser Bock over and over. Great atmosphere, wonderful staff and delicious food.

Starters were only so-so, but the main course was pleasing. Also, one of our drinks orders didn't arrive, but nothing major. The food was decent for the main courses, though the desserts were a little expensive.

We went because everyone at work was talking about how great the food was! WoW! Were they right! The service was fabulous and the food was very, very good! You will see why it's one of the best restaurants in Heidelberg!

I very much enjoyed a recent meal at the Weisser Bock, especially the main course of filet of venison, which essentially melted in my mouth. Nice atmosphere too. There are actually not many good restaurants in Heidelberg, this one has an old-fashioned, elegant atmosphere, good service and a modern, in part traditional, partly more innovative, German menu. One of the best meals I have ever had. We were a large party of 11; didn't faze the staff or kitchen at all in this very intimate, art deco restaurant. Flavours were amazing. Highly recommended for a special occasion - we had a birthday to celebrate.
