Bodega is just up the hill from the Cathedral in the old part of Seville (Santa Cruz). You would probably identify it by the amount of people outside it. It seemed one of the best priced bars in Seville, but this is most definitely a Tapas Bar and not a restaurant. The atmosphere is loud and raucous as it is... More

Nice atmosphere, good tapas, fast service, cheap prices. Try caracoles, serranito and flamenquin! Sangria, instead, is not good.

It is a great place to have a drink, a chat and a standard tapa! The location is close to the cathedral square.

My wife and I went here for lunch a few times because of its location and food. My favorite was their pringa hot grill sandwich. The guys behind the bar didn't speak much english but they were friendly and willing to help us out. Definitely would recommend this place.

You really can't get more Spanish than this place. Known locally as 'Las Columnas' (The Columns), the Bodega Santa Cruz is a very typical Andalusian tapas bar, with the most intricate Arabic types, endless images of 'La Virgen' and many a bullfighting scene (if that's your thing). The atmosphere is always ecstatic, with locals shouting at the bar for another... More

Close to the cathedral and on the edge of the Santa Cruz area, it is a perfect place for a quick tapa and cana of beer. We stopped by several times to knock down the hunger pangs before a dinner or tapeo later on. Their montaditos are excellent. The customers come in waves - the Spaniards at slightly different times... More

The Bodega is more than worth the trip. We had the clams in marinara...seasoned perfectly. The shrimp fritters an interesting must. The shrimp in galic butter sauce...hot and spicy and comforting. The staff was attentive and helpful. We asked for English menus and they happily obliged. They also helped with the daily specials which were all exceptional. We had some... More

Cozy little joint in the Santa Cruz area. We stumbled upon it during our walk. We could not understand most of the dishes in the board so we asked the waiters to pick some for us. Must try dishes include the chickpeas, spinach and prawn fritters.

We loved this bogeda - only a short walk from our hotel - it has a very authentic feel to it, and judging by the fact it contained mainly Spanish groups we felt it was the real deal. We had domestic beers & wines from the bar, and sampled a few tapas - all served by the excellent bar staff.... More
