We happened upon this Hostaria by chance (or by good luck) because it was near our hotel. We were the only tourists there - the place was full of locals. Waiters were extremely attentive (and funny) and graciously introduced us to Sardinian wines and authentic Sardinian cuisine. Both were superb. One of the best dining experiences on our Italy trip.
