A local recommended this restaurant. We went for lunch one of the days we were in Rome. The bruschetta was delicious however everything else was just OK. I wouldn't revisit.
For the second year in a row we ate here for a precruise dinner. There were 28 of us and the restaurant was very accommodating for us. The food is very good and reasonably priced and great selection. The service was really good too. The restaurant is on a side street and easy to miss if you don't know about it... More
I went to this restaurant because it was close to my hotel and because it was raining. At first I thought that this restaurant would be empty but it was in fact the opposite. I then realized that although it doesn't look very inviting, it seems very well known. It is indeed very well known by local and tourists because... More
This restaurant was recommended by our hotel. The main part of the restaurant is in the basement and certainly felt like a authentic cosy Italian restaurant frequented by a lot of locals. Little English is spoken by the waiters but in spite of that we were easily able to communicate what we wanted to have. The service was extremely fast... More
My husband and I ate here last evening. We were recommanded about this restuarant by our b&b. We were not dissapponted. The service was great and fast. The food (fried fish platter and spaggeti carbonara) was very good and in good portion. The desserts were excellent as well. The most surprising part (in a good way) was the bill in... More
Went here after reading trip advisor, 5 mins from our hotel. Great atmosphere, lots of italian families being italian great experience. Food was excellent 10€ seabass was great. The house wine was a bit ropy, after second glass that was forgotten. Great food, great atmosphere great staff get off the main streets in Rome and you get value and quality.
Tired from sightseeing at the Vatican we happened upon this small cafe, really a sandwich shop and had some amazing sandwiches. the owner was truly an artist with his slicing of meat, and presentation of his food on the plate. The bread was wonderful, too.
WE were a party of six who were staying just around the corner and wanted something close for dinner after walking all day. Our front desk people recommended this place and checking on Trip Advisor the reviews were good. Our food and service was outstanding. Easily could have been one of our best meals in Italy. Small place, local and with... More
There are lots of tourist traps to fall into when in Rome. This is not one of them. This restaurant is amazing. The service was brilliant, the food was some of the best i have ever eaten. You should definitely go to this restaurant.
