We chose this restaurant after reading some of the reviews and because it was not one of the really busy restaurants in the main tourist drag. We got there too early, and had to go kill some time, try the Mojitos at a little bar/Tabac at 24 Piazza di S. Ruffina, they're great, thought the waiter was going to run...

Tasty food well priced very friendly staff frequented by locals. We asked a young waitress for dinner recommendations for subsequent nights and she gave us great choices. For a great meal and friendly staff we highly recommend Impiccetta
I rely on Trip Advisor recommendations when I travel, and I am usually very satisfied by the recommendations. However, this restaurant was an exception, and I felt seriously mislead by the attributed rating. When I chose this restaurant, it was rated top 1% in Rome on Trip Advisor City Guide app, and top 3% online. And it should NOT be....

Cool location away from busy streets in Trastevere. The service was quite wonderful! The Cacio e Pepe was delicious, definitely recommend it. Also enjoyed their version of bufala di mozzarella that was with a pesto. The tiramisu was fine, but I would say dessert could be skipped. Overall, was enjoyable and I'd go back.
The absolute highlight of our week in Rome. We went there twice and both night were just amazing. The Cacio e Pepe is a must try and the prices are more than fair for the quality of food served. Try their excellent and "most bang for the buck" house wine and the chokolate cake dolce is to die for. Excellent...

The waitress didn't speak English, but was still able to take our order. The food was mixed and not the best in Rome. However, the restaurant was in a nice area and was decent value. Service could have been better.
This restaurant was recommended by our B&B host, and we were not disappointed. In the heart of Trastevere, we arrived early, after a long day in the sun, and were welcomed and pampered with excellent food, a great atmosphere, great background music, and excellent un-hurried service. A great find.
We tried this small restaurant in Trastevere based on other Trip Advisor reviews and found it delightful. When we walked in on a Saturday nite and only saw two other patrons, I was concerned. Not to worry, food is great, menu is simple and not over whelming and the pricing is really very reasonable. Great house red wine. We came...

The title says it all. This is why italian food is so well known. Forgzt about the tourist traps and come to this place if you like subtle high quality food at a very reasonable price. The pasta is really excellent. Tim and evelyne - belgium
