In an unexpected area of Cagliari, the restaurant is many things but 'simple' (from semplicemente) is not one of those. However, nice location (and private parking) and pleasant place. Waiters are kind and a bit affected. Food: tasty with some amusements de la maison (unusual for Cagliari), some creative dishes (all good, I have to say), and some gentle extras....
