We loved this place…wine, large appetizer platter to share. Had a great 'vibe'. On a side street in Florence….great service!
Great way to cap off a day of museum sightseeing. Fantastic place to go to. Friendly staff and the wine tasting for 15 euros is the best deal in Florence.
This was our first stop after arriving in Florence. Great quality wines, Italian cheeses and salami's. Staff member - Antonella was friendly, helpful & welcoming. Go for a drink and have a look at the wine cellar below. Amazing!
A great little wine shop on Via delle Oche, just one block from the Duomo. Both the vino rosso and the vino bianco tastings were excellent at 15 euro. The bread dipped in olive oil, cheese and olives that came with the wine tasting were excellent. Our server also cut some various varieties of Picorino cheese that we could try,... More
We were looking for a place to have a drink and some prosciutto and cheese during the late afternoon our friend Jean Sade a local we'll know jeweler took us here. This enoteca is fantastic, and very close to Il Duomo. Antonella was serving us and was extremely welcoming and helpful immediately we came in the door. She helped us with some of the listed wine tasting, and then served a lovely platter of traditional Tuscan meats and cheeses (with their own local recipes) with a glass of whatever we liked... More
We stopped in for a quick glass of wine while our other friends were visiting the duomo, which we had already seen. The place is very nice and the service was excellent. We were getting ready to leave when the server, Antonella, asked if we had seen the cellar down stairs. We really didn't have time, but I couldn't resist... More
Great Wine bar with good snacks for wine tasting. Good value and staff very helpful. They do a nice sampler of wines at various prices and quality of the different Tuscan wines. Also make sure you visit their wine cellar it is not to be missed.
We stopped at Enoteca Alessi during our Taste Florence tour and it was wonderful. Like all the other reviews say – Antoinella is the best! Her food and wine pairing abilities are second to none. We loved it so much we came back the next day – our last day in Florence – and spent about 3 hours savoring 2... More
We felt like we finally arrived to our home in Italy, Antonella had a table ready for us where she drew out the Tuscan wine areas describing each region's wine history, lineage and variety. Before bringing out the wines based on our likes and curiosities, she prepared an overwhelming collection of tasty delights to sample on a cutting board she... More
