It was our first time in Assisi and walking from Rocca Majiore, we stumbled into this place. It has a very interior, serves good panini sandwiches and caffe cream:)

What a treat to stumble on this inviting and warm cafe on the east side of Assisi! The family is very friendly, especially to this American who speaks very little Italian. The panini sandwiches are filling and the wifi is excellent.

I've lived in Assisi for years. I've had coffees at most of the local bars/cafes. I've sitten outside in piazzas sipping frothy cappuccino and creamy macchiato. I've enjoyed pannini and pastries. I've been impressed often but often not consistently impressed.
