This is an iconic restaurant of Geneva. Only one choice here: a steak presented on a plate of herb butter on a table burner. For Swiss Franc 41 per person it includes bread, green salad and delicious French fries together with the steak. This is a great deal in Genenva, one of the most expensive cities in the world! The... We arrived here very tired after a long day and we should have checked the menu before sitting down. You have to like steak and chips because that is all they serve. The cost is eye watering by British standards. The waiter was haughty and verging on arrogant. We had to remind him four times before he brought the mineral... More

Café de Paris in Geneva only serves one dish, but it does it very well, the entrecote is well seasoned and well cooked, it is not a good place if you're looking for variety, as I said it only offers one entre. However the fix price and the quality of the food make it a good option in Geneva, where... More

This 80+ year old cafe, conveniently located across the Cornavin Gare, is one our favourite haunts in Geneva and every year we visit this place just to taste their simple exotic steak, salad and French Fries. The decor in keeping with the old world charm adds to our fond memories of yesterday year. The exceptionally efficient staff who are with hotel... More

They serve only one dish (no decisions to make). And they do it well and with class. Go there but bring your gold card.

When paying abroad, you should be given the choice tp pay in either the local currency or your home currency. At this restaurant, the home currency was imposed, thereby giving the restaurant a currency gain! Outrageous and total lack of respect for the customer!! I DO NOT appreciate cheap tricks like this!

Only one thing to eat: meat with french fries. Delicious meat with its legendary sauce "café de Paris". Great quality meat. Expensive for what it is.

This restaurant is conveniently located and the waiters speak good English. That's it. If you wish to have better food, there are plenty in this international city. If you are not familiar to the city, it is not a bad idea to dine here, looking at people. The food is not such great but the atmosphere will compensate.
