What an amazing surprise! My wife and I have travelled extensively an have eaten some fantastic meals. This one is definitely in the top three (with Arzak in San Sebastian and Ducasse in Paris). Everything from ambiance to food Wes impeccable!

You go there for a culinary experience rather than a meal. Delicate food, plenty of small bits of everything, interesting wines that are selected to go in small quantity with every dishes.
