I have to say that the breakfast that I enjoyed at this restaurant two days running while on business was super. I also enjoyed a fantastic dinner too
Don't waste your time reading my review, just go there and try whatever they have on the menu. Absolutely gorgeous food. All you need to know: they have a menu option with all courses, or choose some of the "Small Plates" they have and make your own combination. I had two of them, plus desert, and I just couldn't help... More
We chose the menu and except for the starter, which seemed incoherent and the shrimp was under-cooked!, the rest of the menu was excellent.
The dinning room set is probably not the most inviting, it's loud and I found the architecture distracting but we are after all in a Hotel... The service is nice and ready to explain the "concept"! Small dishes to be shared. And what a delight! The soup, the vegetarian dishes and the veal! Cooked so nicely! Wine card is also... More
Greulich is not only a restaurant but also a hotel - it has been recently refurbished and the style of the place manages to hit 'modern classic' with a bullseye. The concept appears to be 'small dishes' of which there are many different and exciting sounding plates to choose from. We decided to go with the 'Surprise' menu which entailed... More
We've been there before, but now the restaurant has a new concept -small plates. It is a great idea since one has a chance to try many different plates. They also offer a menu surprise. We were 6 and we all ate a la carte. I first ordered 3 plates but the food was so good that I ordered a... More
We took the surprise 6 dishes menu. Those were supposed to be 6 small different plates. What came were one starter, one soup, one main and one dessert. We asked where the 6 plates were and the sides counted as 1 dish!! So 6 dishes were in fact 4, and very small portions. The cuisine was ok but othing special.... More
We tried this place after reading the reviews from trip advisor. We had the impression that this offered molecular gastronomy but it is actually not. The concept is that of small plate dining with an unusual twist. We tries 6 plate surprise. The scallop with salt was v good and so was the sweet potato cappucino soup. The main course... More
Located a bit far from the very center, it's worth the time you spend walking - one of the best gastronomical experience I've ever had! Go for a surprise menu, and you won't wanna leave. 4 course menu is even a bit too much if you don't eat much usually, because it also includes a tiny something to start with... More
This gem should not be missed. Try the surprise menu, you will not regret it. Service top notch. Rather expensive, but well worth it. Book in advance, this seems to be a popular spot.
