A lovely place, in a beautiful quiet square in Maastricht. Food excellent, and service great. Try to get a table outside in the square, and just enjoy the gothic environs. You will not regret it.

The coffee and tea are excellent, and the atmosphere is hard to beat. There are not too many seats so I felt guilty staying too long when people were waiting, but on a quiet day I could stay all day! The cakes are so tempting and tasty, and the staff are friendly. My favourite coffee place.

This coffee bar is the best bar to relax and read a good book while eating a perfect brownie, piece of cheesecake or a perfect sandwich. The bookstore is in an old dominican church. The design alone is breathtaking. Fantastic book selcetion and a great cafe to have an expresso while you read!

That is the only book store I know inside a Church! If you pass by Maastricht just go in for 5 minutes is worth it!

The content of the bookshop was pretty basic, like most branches of Selexyz, if you are used to something like Waterstones in England. However, the setting is something special, being inside the old Dominican church which was converted in 2006. Fortunately the bookshelves and structures which have been put in can be removed without harming the fabric of the church.... More

this bookstore is located inside an old church. it is very well integrated. it offers a good selection of books, though mostly dutch. english section could be mor ecomprehensive. it's a nice experience to browse in this unique bookstore.
