Fun place to go . Had a wine loads of meze and lots of fun! The toilets are like an art gallery and Poppy is a delight.

Delightfully located on the Elounda waterfront near to Akti Olous serves meze and local drinks from around 6pm til very late.A little slow to get started Paparouna really comes to life at night! The mezes vary according to local availability but meet every need.Go on give it a go!

We find it difficult to walk past Poppy's, the setting is beatiful, the welcome warm and the food amazing, had difficulty resisting the cheese saganaki!

We stopped off most evenings here for ouzo and ample metzes and it would have been very easy to while away the whole night at this charming place. We also had full meals there and they were superb and excellent value. Really cannot speak too highly of Paparouna.

Have visited this Kafenio many times in the past with both Greek and English friends and always love how relaxed I feel and how welcome am made to feel - try the raki - as is very good and enjoy the nibbles that accompany it!

A calm, relaxing place for an evening meal of traditional and well-cooked meze. The service is gentle and attentive and the views spectacular. Blue rickety chairs under gnarled trees take you back in time. And so did the prices. Our favourite place in Elounda.
