We went there because of recommendations from/on TA. Place is lovely - beautiful garden, but everything else was so disappointing. During 1,5 hour dinner we had 7 waiters, old bread, mass production food without ANY taste (p. ex. my pasta minoan olive leaf - cold & without taste & flavour). Only wine was good.

Mass production restaurant; food flew out of the kitchen & was rather tasteless, especially the meat dishes, everything tasted pre-prept. We counted no less than 7 different servers during our visit & they were contemptuous. Everything about our experience felt like a factory visit.

Incredible food, gorgeous romantic setting, excellent staff and service and value for money. One of my favourite dining experiences of all time (we went twice in 4 days!)

We have eaten there 3 times during the week we were in Rethymnon. The food was very good and the wine was excellent. The service was very quick. We'll be back. Tks for everything.

I have been at Alana a few days ago with my friends and family. It's one of the best restaurants in Rethymnon. Child friendly. Perfect service. Tasty food. Fantstic desserts and sweets. Strongly recommended !!!
