very hard to find non-smoking places to go in Salzburg, but this restaurant is non smoking and our food was great. Friendly staff, very clean, all good.

The restaraunt had a few outside tables that were good for people watching. I had the medium roasted duck with dumplings that was average. Regarding the famous nockerl that people spoke of, I also found it to be average although my spouse loved it!

We dined an the patio located on a narrow pathway in the Salzburg shopping area. A very cozy and romantic experience. The goulash was superb. Thick and flavourful. Finished off with the raspberry nockerl desert, which is an airy meringue type topping with raspberry filling. Slightly high prices, but definitely worth it.

We chose this place because it is genuinely non-smoking and really liked it, even though the tables are very close together (not so good for those wanting a quiet romantic meal). Lovely restaurant in old city centre. Traditional Austrian food with great service . Very reasonable prices. Highly recommended. Would come here again.

Choose this place after reading reviews on Tripadvisor. Did not disappoint. Food was excellent. My husband had the pork schnitzel (size of a plate) and loved it. Great Location with good food. We were told to share the dessert. It was huge and delicious. Traditional Austrian food well prepared and served.

We didn't eat here but had a drink on our way out somewhere or on our way back from our day out. The service was lovely and the young waitress remembered our drinks every day we were there.....which is always nice!
