Not sure how they have become so popular for a pub that is so unloved. I really can't see the friendly staff that people refer... More

What a wonderful place to visit we visited during the bank holiday weekend in May, we found this family friendly pub among the busy streets we were welcomed and although it was very busy the friendly bar staff found our little family a table where myself, husband, friend, 3 small children, disabled mother in law and our small dashound were seated... This pub/restaurant is out of this world. Born & Raised in Llandudno it is the only place I chose to eat out in Llandudno, even though I now live in Chester, it's still the location of choice when we visit back home. Have enjoyed many a meal & also just a quite drink as well as Christmas dinners, Halloween nights... More

On a very cold and wet Thursday I visited this pub as it was lusted as dog friendly, what a joke that statement is! When I entered with my Westie the look I got I thought I had met Cruella De Ville the lady was cold and very unfriendly towards me and my dog. Also being in a wheelchair I... More

Popped in on our recent stay, Nice features in the pub being old building. Barman made us feel welcome and offered advise of some places to visit. The pub seems more for locals living in the area, as they seem to know each other, pub is not busy, and they were friendly. Noticed other reviews stating about dogs, when we... More

Called in the queen victoria on the 10th May 2013 the pub was very quite and lacking a nice atmosphere the bar staff stressed several times the amount of problems they have had recently with dogs / owners which made us feel quite uncomfortable would not recommend this establishment to any dog lover . I asked the bar staff for... More

We had a meal in the early evening, it was faultless, the bar staff were very friendly and efficient, the only slight criticism was the female staff could have smiled when serving the food, instead of just giving us the plates, otherwise it was excellent, will definitely go again.
