sunday lunch at Pyne's was very tasty, hot, served quickly and very reasonably priced. We had a good view of the seafront and the waiters were very friendly and efficient.

Just back from family Sunday lunch, 5 people having a selection of roast sirloin beef, lamb and pork. All were top quality, plenty of food and great service. Why bother with caverys when for a pound or two more you can have this quality. All with a sea view as well.
Thank you for another really good meal. The fish special was as always exceptional The staff were friendly and attentive, all in all a brilliant evening..
Like many others on previous reviews the service is certainly less than good, It is such a shame when poor staffing ruins a visit.
food was really very good ,service so poor ,I am not accustomed to a waiter plonking wine on the table and just walking off -with a rather sullen attitude ,and then arguing with a fellow diner that his steak was, not over done ( even I could clearly see it was ! ) this poor couple were left 20 mins...

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with some valuable feedback. We are very pleased that you enjoyed your meal and especially liked the chips! Food menu arrived and when the waiter arrived to take order...

Ate here with friends who were staying at the hotel. It is a very popular restaurant. We sampled lasagne, pie of the day, lemon sole and lamb. All of which were good, no complaints, in fact better than ewe had expected. The vegetables were good too, which is always a bonus to me. Does what it says on the tin...

I ate here with a party of four and have always enjoyed great food in the past however on this occasion the main course fell below its usual high standards and had to complain about the rather tough lamb shanks x 3.The staff made no unnecessary fuss and immediately offered us another dish as well as taking it off the...
