Good atmosphere, a nice comfy place to come and have a drink in the week or a few more at the weekend. Prices are average with lots of offers on always, the better place to go in Newbury. Although I haven't tried any food here yet.

Like all Weatherspoons this place is cheap with good quality food. Staff are always friendly and cannot do enough for you. You do not have to wait long unlike the Hatchett Inn.

Visited this weatherspoon today . Staff were welcoming from the start . Genuinely keen to talk to customers . The pub was tidy and clean and someone was around constantly cleaning . Food was better than the average weatherspoon , it was hot and I got what was stated.
