Been here many times - most recently enjoyed lunch with a colleague sitting out in the sunshine. The prices are not only very reasonable, but the quality of the food is exceptional. We enjoyed food off the bar menu, which was produced & presented very well. Staff are always pleasant and the restaurant seems to be always busy. Good stuff.

Have just moved closer to this place so decided to give it a try, food and service were wonderful and will be going back very soon. Bob

Went there first in April 2012. They organised an after funeral for us. Very nice and extremely fair pricing. You notice when a place is owner run. Ate there again twice in September 2012. Four of us we for dinner. Portion size was large but food quality was terrible. I won't be going back!

Restuarant was full but found a table in bar, had a lovely carvery reasonablely priced. Great pudding. Friendly staff would recommend.

A good reliable pub to eat in. Specials board and regular menu. Reasonable prices and large portions that don't leave much room for dessert! Friendly attentive staff and an open plan kitchen, obviously nothing to hide...

Fabulous food. The place is always busy. Their portions are huge and very reasonably priced. We keep trying alternative eateries but keep returning here and cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Good car park. Restaurant was busy with a funeral booking when we arrived at 13.00, but we were promptly and courteously shown to a table and drinks order taken.
