It's the 2nd time I have visited the food is really good and great value the staff are nice what else can I say.

Walking past the tea room we couldn't resist the look of the scones. And they were delicious. We had a reasonably priced cream tea which was just what we needed on a cold and snowy day.

We were made to feel very welcome despite the restricted menu available, presumably as it was a Tuesday afternoon in March. The soup and pie were hot and tasty and the cherry scones as a cream tea were fabulous. Tea, hot and topped up. Great as it was freezing out.

We visited this cafe for a hot drink and then couldn't resist the freshly baked scones which were absolutely gorgeous! The waiter was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely worth a visit!

Lovely fellow who runs and very welcoming. Food very nice with some really nice touches. You won't be disappointed

Came across this tea rooms and decided to drop in...wish we never bothered. The tea seemed to be PG..and our teacakes where warbies ones! This shocked us as normally we used to getting local produce etc when out and about in Windermere. The place was also dead so really bad atmosphere!

You can't go wrong at St. Martin's. It is warm and cosy with excellent food which is very reasonably priced. You will be welcomed as I was by the charming owner Stephen and then order from a very varied menu. I can recommend the scrambled eggs which were really delicious.
