We ate hear one dinner time. They have a great offer on at this time and the food was very nice. The surroundings are pleasant so were the staff. We will return on our next trip to Bowness.

Food here is very good and reasonably priced. Portions are a decent size and the service was also good. Typical pub food menu and we sat upstairs where it was a bit quieter and more intimate. Would recommend this for a meal if you`re not wanting to go overboard on prces.

called in at the albert whilst on a two day stay in bowness.the pub was very busy and when i eventually got served was charged £8-20 for a pint of blonde ale and half of guinness and blackcurrant.i know it is a busy pub with many foreign tourists but please be fair.
