The food and atmosphere were incredible. The staff was also extremely professional. An excellent fine-dining experience. The food was all made with local ingredients and had interesting twists to traditional recipes.

What a find! We had a superb lunch - sampling a range of veggie and smoked antipasti. Great care taken in sourcing and presenting the food. Good wine list. Really helpful staff. Amazing value. Not to be missed if you are visiting Spoleto.

Almost every review is excellent ...with good reason. Manuele and Chef Eros know how to run the perfect restaurant. The attention they pay to every detail..true professionals.
