We stumbled upon this unique pizzeria one day while exploring Foligno and we had to return a few times before leaving the area. The "local" pizzas are made into sheets, cut into squares and then two pieces are served together on top of each other. DELICIOUS! The staff wore the traditional white hats and uniforms and they all had smiles...
