I first started dinning here around 1985, they was on the side of Swinton precinct in those days, but its been on the front since about 1993, a favourite restaurant for many Manchester United players. The food has always been consistent and again tonight it did not fail, my wife had a garlic bread & tomato starter which was very... More

This place is amazing, really reminded me of a restaurant back home and was made to feel at home as soon as we walked in the door. The atmosphere was electric and the manager/owner was so welcoming and friendly! Service from the waiters was great and when I order the whole sole, the waiter brought it out and filleted it... More

I've only just moved to the area and had heard a lot about Puccini's so was keen to try it out. Although I'm sure that there are restaurants that may do fancier food these places tend to have something of a sterile atmosphere. The service is exceptional and the waiting staff are so friendly. For me Puccini's is as much... More

Average food, certainly not the best pizzas at all. Not impressed & I cannot understand why so many rave on about it!! Sorry...

We visited Puccini's for an evening meal one rainy Thursday. The staff greeted us at the door and were very welcoming. Our orders were taken promptly and food and drinks arrived without a lot of waiting. It was a lot busier than I thought it would be for early evening and already there was a pleasant buzz about the place.... More

Very busy but staff attentive, friendly and experienced. Atmosphere great and food first class. Lots of little extras which made for a really good evening - nothing felt too much trouble for the staff. My only very minor criticism was my coffee - it tasted like it had long life milk in it.

This place is absolutely brilliant. The food is well priced and came quickly, the staff are amazingly friendly and it tastes delicious. We didn't really know what to expect from this place having only recently visited the area but we were greeted warmly at the door! We sat down and I ordered the meatballs to start (fantastic) and the Carbonara... More

We went to Pucchini's for my friends birthday last night. A waiter accidentally poored a large glass of white wine spritzer over my friend's head and it totally soaked her, her dress and hair was wet through. She had to go home and change. The waiter did not even apologize. Their excuse was that he was pushed but there was... More

Consistently good food in a fabulous restaurant served by mine host Michel. Whatever night you visit you're assured of a big welcome and great service. If you've never visited before you're in for a treat.

Ate here with a party of 4 last Saturday evening. Very, very busy restaurant but seated on time. Manager and all waiting staff encountered were friendly, polite and helpful and all worked very hard and efficiently and with a smile on their face. The service was excellent with nice professional touches such as taking coats, topping up wine, discreetly checking if... More
