Went up for a dinner, the food was amazing good selection of wine, nice back ground music waiter was very funny and helpful and the view was realy pretty, loverly old building couldent ask for a better dinning axperience, i never knew there was a place like this in Rotorua will definently be back. We're looking at houses up Mountain View Rd, when we decided to drive to the top to look at the view. Once there we remembered there was an exclusive resturant at the Deer Lodge (Aorangi Peak). Recommended this restaurant by the owner of our motel. The food was excellent, a large range of wine list, very friendly service and panoramic view of Rotorua (I didn't recognize the city wasn't small and so beautiful) Worth every dollar. Best in Rotorua. Must visit.
