Thanks for your feedback; of course being a resort town casual/winter wear is all the norm, all welcome! The fire side is fast becoming the must-sit spot in Queenstown on wintery days and nights, be sure to pop in next time you're in town.

Stopped by for a late tapas dinner after a wonderful but long day at Doubtful Sound - was glad we made the effort. Nice wine list, and all three tapas we tried were excellent. Small and cosy, and everyone's a VIP! Glad you enjoyed your evening, perfect spot to unwind after a long day on the road. Now there is a lot of snow in the area what better place to tuck in by the fire.

Tucked away in a cute building we enjoyed some late afternoon drinks and Tapas. The food was excellent an the setting is Devine. The atmosphere was quite quiet so out group of 6 may have been a little rowdy - good spot for tasty food in quiet setting.

An intimate wee spot to enjoy some delightful tapas with friendly staff. Enjoy some sunshine outside on a nice day in the courtyard or emerse yourself in warmth and comfort inside. Gorgeous views out to the lake and surrounding mountains and delicious tapas, my fav is the haloumi cheese and calamari.

Cheers DJ, we have the same taste - the Haloumi is my favourite as well! Some exciting new dishes on the winter menu as well, mini Venison pies for starters!
The view out to the lake is ever changing at the moment with the huge snowfalls we've had this week, perfect for relaxing by the open fire.

We still have the Bluff oysters on the go for another month or so while the season is running. going like 'hot cakes' at the moment are our wild vennison pies, they're amazing! Flavoured with Bluff oysters for great depth.

Thoroughly enjoyable meal with delicious tapas and wine. Excellent attentive service in a relaxed unpretentious bar - atmosphere was spot on. Recommended to try a fresh Bloody Mary the following day - which we returned for and did not disappoint. Would return when back in Queenstown.

A mixed review indeed, but we have perhaps a little more than meets the eye.
Eichardt's are extremely proud of our wine list, both in terms of variety and value, including our commitment to showcasing the best of the region.
