Lasagne was obviously left in the oven far too long. The pasta was so hard and dry that I could not cut it with a knife. This was our second trip to this restaurant. We thought maybe our first experience had just been unlucky but we definitely will not be going again. Pity because it is a beautiful setting.
We we were not sure about Revas due to indifferent reviews but we were very pleased to have chosen to eat here experiencing an A plus experience. Great location, beautiful food, excellent service. Highly recommend this restaurant to others.
I've just returned from my third business trip to Whangarei and it was the third time I've dined at Reva's. The service was great and the food very tasty. Would recommend it for a pleasant dining experience.

Beautiful evening so we had a table on the balcony overlooking the boats in the Town Basin. Staff were attentive. Had Snapper fillets and prawns on a bed of pasta washed down with a great Pinot Gris from North Otago.
Great coffee, friendly service and lovely outlook onto the boats on the water. Breaky menu looked pretty tasty.
A cosy atmosphere, a friendly, welcoming staff though a little forgetful, brilliant food. Might need a reservation in busy period. Nice view on the harbour and the boats. And tuesday's are at their most entertaining when all the yachts are in !
Didn't book but inside table no problem. Good location, but why do none of the other restaurants open in the evenings? Service was disinterested at best, other tables seemed to fair a little better. We had been warned that it might not be a good choice, wish we had listened.
