Awesome food and very good staff in the cafe. their creamy pasta and brill fish is just awesome. i had lunch/dinner almost everyday when i stayed in millbrook.
Calling it a café seems a bit of an injustice...it's a great restaurant which has great year round appeal - sit out in the summer and enjoy the fantastic views and environment or sit in by the roaring log fire in the winter whilst being served by professional staff and enjoying great food. This is a regular haunt of ours... More
Cozy and warm on a cold winter day and inviting and sunny on a warm summer day. The Hole in One has very good hot drinks, and a decent menu. The best bet for lunch and dinner is the pizza. Very good crusts and several options to choose from. While you are waiting you can go check out the ducks... More
We've enjoyed several meals at "the Hole in One" and enjoyed the environment, food and service. Simon makes a superb coffee. When the sun is out its blissful sitting on the porch watching the mountains, golfers and the ducks. On a cold day the fire is always going inside.
Always enjoy visiting this restaurant. Good wine. Good food. Good service, and okay coffee. Great for scenery and meeting with friends. Ducks are friendly and the choice of outdoor or indoor caters for all seasons.
Stopped here for a coffee. The cafe is located in the beautiful grounds of Millbrook Resort. The coffee was nice and strong, we also had the pistachio and date loaf which is devine. The staff were very pleasant, a great place to spend a cool afternoon by their fire.
Had a lovely time at this casual café/restaurant. It was warm and friendly and the service was great. The food - we had pizza - was of a higher quality than is usual found in casual dining places and the prices were good too. The place was relaxing with the real roaring fire and the rugby match playing quietly in... More
We've visited this cafe a couple of times this trip to Queenstown/Arrowtown - we love it! Great cafe with nice cosy laid back atmosphere. Nice staff here with a high standard of service. Very classy. Views onto the practice putting green or out onto the course. Coffee is delicious and comes with yummy biscotti. The scrolls are a favourite too.... More
