Looked good, nice view of the sea but didn't need the TV screen that was right in my face, no sound but flashing pictures. Waitress didn't know what the dips were, didn't know what the trio of brushetta was..... one had some green paste and she didn't know the other one, one was tomato. Ordered the squid, other 2 ordered... More

Our waiter was very charming and full of character. I had the seafood pasta special with mussells, moreton bay bugs, prawn calamari etc and it was delicious as was the garlic bread. Great spot opposite the beach.

Arrived for an early dinner at 6.10 pm , thankfully our son wanted some garlic Chiabitta bread to share for starters. Our drinks and bread arrived quickly. We then waited well over an hour 20 minutes for a pretty lack lustre proscuitto pizza, gnocchi which consisted of a very small portion of packet gnocchi, drowned in a very overpowering basil... More

Had a breakfast here before driving back to Sydney. I had the gluten free polenta bread with poached eggs. The service was a little slow but that did not worry me as it gave me time to read emails and catch up on the news. Location is great and would go back for dinner next time I was in town.... More

We waited an hour and a half for pizza & risotto. When the second waiter told us it would be ready in eight minutes (about 15 minutes after the first one) we decided it was time to leave.

Ordinary food which was overpriced. The food fell well short of expectations from the Italian background diners. Very basic pizza menu. Side Orders consisted of chips with aioli or wedges, no vegetables or salad options.

We cannot praise La Dolce Vita highly enough. What a great restaurant and we only wish we lived closer to Caloundra! Food, service and staff - brilliant! This is a much sort after restaurant so book ahead and enjoy.

Sat down. It was lovely at first. All seemed good, nice view, nice waitresses. Then it all went pear-shaped. My husband and I were out for a nice meal together ...the place was busy so we told the waitress we weren't in a rush, happy to have a drink and wait til they had dealt with the big table -... More

Nice restaurant. Had breakfast here which was a little on the expensive side but still comparable to other establishments on the water. Coffee was great, the meal was very nice and the owner was very friendly.
