it is situated in the centre of town and the design is like old time restaurant.. It is wooden and little bit dark but seems nice. Beer is excellent, they have also quite good choices of wine. The food is really great, tasty and they also offer food for people with alergy on gluten. I can really recommend..
The food is always satisfying for a good price, its recommended to book it in advance, as it is usually full of people. The more people are going there the worst waiters behave, had many times bad experience with rude waiters, but still it is one of the best place to go with friends.
It became (again) a very reasonable place to go for traditional Czech meals (the restaurant is part of a Pilsner Urquell chain Kolkovna), very good beer, reasonable service, and especially non-smoking first floor is attractive.
This restaurant is in the city center of Brno, also is in the Michelin restaurant guide 2012. You can get here very good for for really reasonable price. Beer is also excellent with professional service. I can recommend to everybody.
Has great soups and great meals, not too expensive. nice even just to sit for a beer with friends. It does not have sitting outside option

The food was filling and excellent for the...

Excellent food, friendly staff (our waiter spoke very good english and we never had to wait), extremely overpriced (about 2 times more than everywhere else in the city) and quite crowded. we did good choice reserving table. i won't come again because of smoking area downstairs and overpricing, but this one time wasn't unpleasant.
