While the service was slowish, the food was very good and reasonably priced. Recommend the tasty goulash soup. The 'cup' serve is ample for those with smaller appetites. The waitress also checked to see what size serve of wine we wanted instead of automatically opting for the large one.

We visited the Fiktiv Pub on one occassion during our visit to Budapest with the intention of going back the following night for a meal. Unfortunatley the general lack of interest and welcome (which was obviously only reserved for the locals) meant we did not both going back. Drinks on the pricey side to!

We had bowls of goulash soup on a cold evening. Delicious and hit the spot. The bread served with it was not the best considering there is so much really good bread available in Budapest. However, the soup was lovely and a good bargain.

This was located just round the corner from our hotel (Hotel Palazzo), It was recommended to us by a number of the holidaymakers at he hotel and it was definitely a great place to relax and drink because of its quite location on the square. Prices are very reasonable and the staff were relaxed and friendly.

My partner and i went here for a late lunch, and were not disappointed. We had a homemade burger and chips and was good. Not overpriced. Would recommend.

We had a lovely evening in the company of Christian the bar manager. Great drinks and a nice atmosphere. Only a minute from the brilliant palazzo zichy.
