I'm not feeling it. Ate here with a group and it was absolutely unimpressive. I tried several of the dishes (beef tenderloin filet, meatloaf, salad) and none of them even tasted good enough to warrant finishing. Drinks were just okay. Was very overpriced as well. Now to the desert. Best desert in aspen? Really? Wow. Aspen must be really hurting... More

Stopped in to enjoy Aspen's Best Dessert. It was very tasty and we enjoyed the special rum that was recommended with the lava cake. The staff were very welcoming even though we were just enjoying dessert.

Jimmy's is a bar situated on the second level of a building in downtown Aspen. The outside eating area had a great view of the mountains. I expected typical pub food but was delighted when the trout, wild rice, and green bean entree arrived. It was both excellent and affordable.

It reminds me of Eddie V's in Austin. Great friendly atmosphere but absolutely no compromise on the food or service. I greatly appreciated the very professional and attentive wait staff. We really enjoyed Jimmy's Famous Crab Cakes as appetizers. Generous on the lump crab with minimal filler. Tasty! All the food was outstanding and they went out of their way... More

We stopped in on a Saturday right before the restaurant opened and sat in the bar area with our 2 boys (age12 and 15). The bartenders were tools and not very nice at all. We didn't even bother staying for a meal. Would not recommend.

No point talking about the food, this is an Aspen classic place to get laid. Lively scene, looks like the food is good, hard to get a table at times. I'm not knocking it but I am just giving you the real.

My tastes run to smoky-flavored drinks, and the one I had at the bar here-served by cowboy-hatted "Sheriffs"- did not disappoint. Loved the Mezcal infused 'rita(The Smokey) - so good, it made the tip of my tounge go numb! That is a good thing, in my opinion. Enjoyable, reasonable bar specials, enhanced by the upbeat bartenders and barmaid, included a... More

We were told to have a drink at Jimmy's while we were here. The server was ok-Seemed as though she did not want to be working. We had 2 martini's that cost us $12 each. Small drinks, not that great tasting. We liked the small bar atmosphere but would not go back again.

We visited Jimmy's in late March as part of a whirlwind week-long multi-destination ski/snowboard trip which included several nights in both Vail and Aspen. In each resort town we picked one "nice" dinner. Based on numerous positive reviews and recommendations, Jimmy's was our choice for our "Aspen" dinner. While not cheap by any means, Jimmy's doesn't command the ridiculously high... More

Had a great steak. It was off season, so a nice quiet meal. The wait staff and semmolier were top notch. Get the Jimmy Mac as a side dish. It's amazing!
