One of the best meals we had in Belize. Good drinks and fantastic fish tacos. The 2nd story balcony is a great place to spend an evening.

A must stop when in Placencia. Pam and John make you feel like old friends after one visit. The best diversity of menu. First time I had the pork chops and it was amazing and great portions! Was so full but saw the chocolate habenero Cannoli so knew I had to go back. Second time had Shrimp Croquettes and Conch... More

We tried Rumfish one night for dinner based on the reviews on Trip Advisor. The location and service were good - I enjoyed being able to people watch and take in the evening soccer match from their prime location. However the food was bit of a let down for the price. We ordered the conch ceviche ($18 BZE), fish tacos... More

My husband and I ate at Rumfish y Vino one night for dinner. The food, ambiance and service were good, however, there are other restaurants in Placencia with better and more affordable food (i.e. De Tatch). I don't think I would go back if I ever return to Placencia.

I had to ask if the place was open in order to be seated. The owner actually stared at me as though I was a vagrant. Ordered an $8USD bruschetta that was soggy and in a very small portion. Expensive, no a/c. Wouldn't bother with this place.

This was our favorite food next to Maya Beach Hotel. Lovely atmosphere too. The ginger mojitos were so delicious!

Rumfish offers a diversified menu that should meet the needs of most diners. Prices vary from moderate to high, but very reasonable compared to upper end resort restaurants. Each member of our group of four was pleased with his/her selection. Highly recommended.

Decent food, good atmosphere, good for a lively night out. Wouldn't recommend for families with children. . .lots of loud music and drinking

Rumfish y Vino is on the second floor of a 2-story building on the west side of the main street in Placencia. They make a wonderful Ginger Mojito, which we enjoyed with their conch fritters small plate. We followed up the main dishes (barracuda and a chicken dish) that were very good. We very much enjoyed the food, drink, and... More
