nice place to get a feel for central Algiers ,near every major downtown landmarks ; food is adequate ,more like a steak house european style ;mostly business clientele ;you may have to wait for tables ;place serves alcohol

Ths place serves the usual food, mixture of local (like couscous) and european (like lamb chops and french fries). Everything is OK without being exceptional ; the food, the place, the service, the wine... It is quite central and rather cheap. If you are staying in a hotel close by, this is quite a good choice.

I went here because I have a friend who had raved about it. I don't regret it because the restaurant is in the centre of town, and the food and service are both OK. However, I cannot give it more than 3 out of 5 because the whole experience was really rather average.

A very good address for a quick lunch when downtown, with very friendly service (English-speaking) and good value for money, but does not accept credit cards
