Really good Moroccan food, well prepared, in a nice environment. Enjoyed it. There was a really good live duo of two guitarist/singers in the (unfortunately smoky) bar by the restaurant playing mostly Moroccan music. A good experience.

The location and decoration of the restaurant are superb. The food was very good. The starters were excellent (variety of salads) and one of the Tagines we ordered was great, the other (beef) was tasty, but the meat was not soft. The service was very good. We recommend. This is the most beautiful hotel in Fez, however the food is dreadful. I think that many of the reviews are confusing the hotel with the restaurant. They need a new chef.
