This park is quiet, lush, well-maintained, and includes something for everyone. You can visit the museum, picnic on a shady lawn, eat at four different restaurants, shop for arts and crafts from the vendors along the sidewalk, meander among the flora (well labeled in French), or just people watch.
The restaurant is located in the new Parc National du Mali, from the terrace you have a great view of a small waterfall. Week-end mornings they had this great buffet, not sure if it's still available, you should check. A must-see for any foreigner travelling to Bamako.
beautiful! great place to learn about trees of mali since everything was well labeled. great cafes to eat in and just well managed overall. must-see!!! BEAUTIFUL!
Probably the only real well maintained public park in a West African capital. A heaven for lazy Sundays!
The ideal spot before or after a walk in the park, short but tasty menu
New restaurant in National park connected to National Museum. Nice park good food, nice staff, but high prices
