Have been coming to Bhutan for 3 years and always come back to the Ambient Cafe. Great specialty coffee and teas, panini, salads and home made delicious cakes. Menu does not include much Bhutanese or Indian food. No alcohol. We'll keep going back.

Coffee and light meals are excellent. The sandwiches are very good. Location is great on main street next to clock sqaure.

This is a nice place to enjoy western style coffee cakes and sandwiches . Great staff and lots of interesting books magazines and local newspapers. ambiant cafe is one of the main attraction in winter night with hot stimulating coffee and free wifi. Passkey for wifi is "nodownloadandskypeplease" it means no download and skype please :). coffee is awesome bakery item is awesome, pizza toast is awesome. so why wait just sit back and keep enjoying :)
