Egg Coffee please.......yes and it is delicious.....go an try it out. It's a coffee you won't find too many tourists and you might miss it if your not looking good. But it's a real Hanoi Hot Spot with local ambience.

The locals all know about this place and frankly, this place deserves a much higher ranking than it should on TripAdvisor because of the unique "Egg Coffee" that this cafe specialises in. Without the help of our food tour guide, we would never have discovered this gem of a cafe. No fancy deco but they make up for this with... More

The correct address is 39 Nguyen Huu Huan. It is hard to find and once you have found it you need to walk down a dark hallway and up a flight of stairs to get to the actual cafe. Well worth it! Try the egg coffee - fabulous! You can have it hot or cold. Also have coffee with yoghurt.

Our guides from HanoiKids brought us here. We tried the egg coffee, and it was a really unique experience for us. The coffee was really creamy because of the egg yolk used, and the taste and consistency reminded us of coffee-flavored custard. If I lived here, I would probably have this at least once a week! A must-try if you... More

We were taken here on a food tour and it was one of the absolute highlights of our week in Vietnam. The egg coffee served here is a sublime way to end the night, in a truly cool environment sitting around tiny tables, nibbling on sunflower seeds among some of Hanoi's coolest. Unmissable

We have to thank the Hanoikids for taking us here. The famous egg coffee was fabulous; as well as the egg yoghurt. The egg with hot choc was good too, albeit a little too sweet. It was a local cafe, with many locals hanging out with a cup of drink and chatting away. We too had a great time chatting... More

Must check out the Egg Coffee here! Really an experience... Reading about Giang Cafe it felt like we're venturing on an adventure even to search for it. Armed with a Google Map print-out we found the place pretty easily. Got ourselves a small table and ordered one hot and one cold egg coffee. Too sweet for me and the hot... More

Our guides from Hanoi Free Tour Guides took us to this well-hidden cafe. It was before dinner time and the place was packed with locals who probably just knocked off work. Everyone was chatting and laughing over coffee and sunflower seeds. It was fun to be sipping coffee at a non-touristy place. Yes, it was rather cramped and we had... More
