As many reviewers have mentioned, this restaurant is run by KOTO training center for unfortunate street kids. This could be already a good reason to try this place, but there are more reasons to visit this restaurant. First, atmosphere of this restaurant is fantastic. The place has a cozy bar on 1F where you can chill out and meet up... More

Great place service fantastic quality Vietnamese food, all the better as it was born from KOTO, which is a great project helping street kids in Vietnam. The ambiance is very special too - quite formal but casual at the same time. Great food, great service, great wine, nothing to complain about at all. It was quiet the night we were... More

Great restaurant producing excellent Vietnamese fusion dishes. Imaginative modern twist on Vietnamese flavours. Lovely staff, many trained at KOTO training centre for disadvantaged youth. Modern, clean lines make for an enjoyable atmosphere. A must do when in Hanoi

Nice interior with professional staff but I think they can seasoning the food better. I had the slow cooked lamb and my wife the vegetarian cannelloni and there was definitely something missing when it comes to flavor in both dishes. But that's just us. Don´t get me wrong, the food was good but it could have been better. If I... More

Had lunch and dinner there, it's a gastronomic restaurant without actually being one. Food is good but slightly over priced. Would recomend for a nice romantic dinner. For lunch it's quite reasonable aversge price is 15$ per pax without any wines.

Being a foodie i thought this the perfect place to take my boyfriend on our first night in Hanoi for his birthday .... menu was way to fussy, my fish (Red Bream) WELL over cooked, atomosphere poor and SUPER expensive for Hanoi ... the Pho we ate for breakfast served off the street had more flavour than all the dishes... Pots 'n Pans came highly recommended by fellow travelers we met in Hanoi, so we decided to give it a go and were very impressed. If you're looking for something special and want to get away from the old quarter, I'd definitely recommend giving this place a go. The setting, staff, and most importantly, the food, were great. It really... More

Beautiful modern and elegant restaurant near Lenin Park. The service is excellent, friendly and efficient. The food, a little bit "fusion", is delicious. Of course, it's certainly expensive for most of local people but we really enjoyed this experience. Just a small problem to fix absolutely : because of the materials used for construction, the room is very noisy. During... More

We had dinner at Pots and Pans recently and this place is highly to recommend. The welcome and service is warmhearted and professionel, the interior is stylish but yet cozy and the entrance with the bar invites for a couple of drinks. Reading the mouthwatering menu makes it difficult to order as you would love to try it all. Finally... More

Whilst this is more expensive than your average restaurant in Hanoi , the food, service and atmosphere was superb. We took our 7 and 9 year old who were well welcomed and also loved the food. ( Best mango smoothie ever ) Great wine list with good options by the glass. This staffed by the graduates of KOTO. .
