Ate here a couple of times, as it was next to my hotel, but especially because of the tasteful Vietnamese cuisine. Guests seem to be mix of Vietnamese (good sign!) and foreigners. Nestled beside a hotel, Cay Cau is very unpretentious, just a down-home, authentic, upscale Viet Namese restaurant frequented mostly by locals. The ambience is excellent. The food is fantastic and tasty, every morsel delicately flavored and tinged with just the right spices. The Pomelo Salad was memorable as was the shellfish soup.

Wonderful atmosphere, in little rooms where you can be seated from 2 to about 12 people. Live, local music. vast choice menu. Wine list. Top class service in a candlelight ambience!
