Black cod saikyo yaki - perfectly done, unforgettable. two thumbs up! other dishes tried: salmon sashimi, yakitori, another main dish which was forgettable, desserts - all so-so. Stick with the black cod.

food was great, lives up to the hype but the service was just not at the same league. staff seem to think that the name is going to carry them

The food and the view make Nobu a must do, I simply love the food here and the view of the skyline. I make sure I visit at least once per year and everything even if you don't like Sushi is fnatastic.

This Nobu does not live up to the name. I have had outstanding meals at Mayfair, Park Lane and Melbourne before. No one introduced the restaurant or the food. The prices are a bit high, but I guess it is a once-in-a-while occassion for me. However, the presentation and the taste of the food were worth the price. The restaurant has an unrivalled view of the Hong Kong Skyline. Great experience! Please remember: no sandals, shorts or tank-tops are allowed>
