Very well done. Great service. Very attentive. Had a salmon/asparagus entree, then tenderloin main. Expensive, but worth it.

What do I love most – The pizza – thin base - crispy – taste like heaven
Tried over the years so many dishes and still go back for a pizza – just the starter – whatever I had was heaven to me.
Keep in mind this is a hotel restaurant and not a small place by a dedicated chef/owner...

Maybe I ordered the wrong thing... but I found the food to be good not wonderful - and not worth the high price. And the cheapest glass of wine was $18 which seemed unreasonable. Service was excellent, pretty ambiance. But if you're going to eat in the Mulia I'd suggest Orient 8 over Il Mare.

Just returned home from my first-ever experience at Il Mare with friends - you can see how excited it was, as I write this as soon as I return from Hotel Mulia Senayan.
My friends and I had their Sunday brunch. As soon as we walked in, there was a nice atmosphere, nice music, and just nice "air" around them!...

Had a business dinner at Il Mare and all of us were delighted with the great food and wine! From appertizers to main course, and even the pizza and the complimentary limoncello reminded me the taste of Italy. Staff were very kind and patient with our orders. The overall dining experience is great!
The Il Mare is my favorite Italian restaurant in Jakarta. The Sunday brunch is delicious and you need to make reservation at least 5 days in advance.
Used to visit the restaurant fairly regularly but since chef Alessandro left...the food has not been the same. Real bummer! Staff epitomizes service levels in Jakarta. Ambience second to none... But the main attraction is there no more!
