Before our palawan getaway, my friends recommend to try this local palawan restaurant. Upon arrival, we decided to have our first dinner here. The place was comfy and they asked to deposit our shoes on their shoe rack :) so cool.. All the staff and guest are bare-foot.. We ordered the "kalui special of the day" which is good for... More

went there without reservation at about 6.30pm on Friday night (June 14th 201) and was lucky to get a seat for two. I called several times on the numbers listed in the internet bjut sadly got no response. Food ordered was Barbecue squid, Kinawin (Half Raw Tuna), Crispy Fish Tail, Buttered Prawns. Overall, the food was great except the Half... More

I usually do not review restaurant but this is an exception. Kalui is in rightnow at the top of my list of restaurant in the world with regards to value/taste ratio. Where else can you get a $11 five-courses seafood dinner for 2 in a superb restaurant that looks more like a gallery? No wonder, Kaui is usually booked solid... More

We had dinner at Kalui on our first night in PP. We asked our hotel to make a reservation for us. We were booked at 6:30pm, first batch of dinner reservation. We ordered their 2 pax package. We were stuffed and food is really tasteful and delicious. I super love their Tubbataha salad, with all the blends its taste is... More

Before you get to restorants you’d probably say hohum, same old, same old but upon ppproaching the entrance of Ka Lui - kaboom! not this one! Getting into the main dining area of the restaurant you are first asked to take off your shoes (you can leave on the socks). But you’d rather go barefoot as the floors are shiningly... More

Simply put: Seafood. Nicely done. We had grilled (large) squid, fried lapu-lapu, kangkong with seafood bits, sinigang - everything was good.

Seafood is fresh, well prepared and presented. Great atmosphere and fast service. The sashimi was outstanding.

Ka Lui is something new to me and my kids. The place felt like home. Diners are asked to go barefoot before entering. Don't worry, the floor was pretty clean. Food was the typical filipino meal. Nothing extra special really. But it's the experience that's worth going for. Do not forget to get your reservations first. We called Monday evening... More

The food is good - made from fresh ingredients. Make reservations or come early for either lunch or dinner as the tables get quikly filled up. Popular with tourists.
