the owners are a Spanish-Chilean couple.
they started up recently right next to a couple of small shops on Arturo Prat, and it's been great, too good in fact for my expanding girth, as they have everything from properly made croissants (Sweet, but you can ask for regular, and they'll make them for you the next day), french style baguettes...
