good drinks, ok food. Wonderful live music.... but service-wise, FAIL!! If you expect good service and to be treated nicely, go somewhere else. Big disappointment in that area...
I went to this restaurant on Friday, and they had good deals for food. Those deals include soup, main course, desert and the drink for a very low amount of money. My friends in Ecuador say that if you go on Saturday night they have live music and it is is nice.
the food is tasty and not bad priced. Love the shows but they start so late still its worth the tired the next day!
The food is basic and nothing to write about. The drinks are good and well made. (Try their Mojito). Many nights with live music on the blues / jazz side. This place is a little bit off the beaten path, but worth the trip. Live music and some really good food. A good snapshot of who's who on the Quito hipster scene.
Good food, lots of local choices, great music. Really good atmosphere, i was travelling on my own and had a fantastic evening talking to locals
The food is okay, but where El Pobre Diablo really shines is with it's fairly priced, and well made drinks. The relaxed atmosphere is great for a comfortable evening with friends.
