We moved to Cusco for a 6 month stent here. This is the restaurant where we usually take visitors. The food is consistently great and the atmosphere lovely. They have one of the best wine lists in the City.

We went to Cicciolina and it was full so we went to BACO. The restaurant was at full capacity but we managed to get a table. After looking over the menu, I quickly realized this was not exactly a typical Peruvian restaurant. It's more of an Argentinian Steakhouse with a Peruvian flair. We were a group of four...ordered the ribs,...

This is owned by the same people who own Cicciolina but is more bistro style. Again a great white wine list & more-ish food.
We ate here twice because restaurants with unique flavours are hard to find. Here's a sample-Succulent Pork Belly, oven baked with a spicy chilli apple sauce and sweetly roasted quince-fabulous. Or a very fine crust pizza...

This is the sister restaurant to Cicciolina and in my opinion after going to both, Baco wasn't as good.
The service was great they tried very hard to cater for my wife's certain food allergies, they had english menus and spoke good english. The restaurants atmosphere was pleasant, nice lighting but just not quite as romantic and cosy as the...

The food was fantastic. I had a Chilcano to drink and the Alpaca with wasabi butter for dinner. My husband had the lamb, and we share a plate of Marisco (seafood) appetizers. The sister restaurant Cicciolina is equally good, if not better.
I was there last night and had the Pork Belly and then the Sticky Fig cake as dessert. The Pork Belly was incredible and the portions were huge. I had already eaten at their sister restaurant Cicciolina, which while also incredibly tasty had quite small portions so I was pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend it if you want something a little...

I was already quite full when I visited Baco, so I just had the entrée, alpaca steak with wasabi butter and mashed sweet potatoes. The place was almost empty when I visited. The service was friendly and helpful, and they gave me a starter plate of little goodies on the house. Delicious! Then came the alpaca steak and it was...

We found this restaurant while wondering the streets of Cusco. It was a truly fantastic find.
Really didn't know what to expect but we were blown away with this chic fusion Peruvian food. A must for anyone staying in Cusco.
I had an open faced alpaca burger that was super tasty. Didn't know alpaca could taste so good. For dessert...

This restaurant was great. Excellent South American wines, a creative menu and amazing service! We started with a small amuse-bouche from the chef and a glass of Malbec and a glass of Cab.
I had the Aplaca with a wasabi butter sauce and mashed sweet potato with bacon! Absolutely incredible! My partner had the short ribs and was very pleased...
