It is cash-only, but they do have an ATM inside the store if you need cash. Lots of flavors. All are good. No seating inside, but hard to beat the atmosphere outside. The server was very nice and held my cone for me while I used the ATM.

Storm Brothers has delicious ice cream, fast service and is cash only - so save your dollars for an ice cream cone or milkshake. The line moves quickly and the ice cream is worth it. Storm Brothers is on Ego Alley and while there isn't any seating inside, there is plenty (and with good views on the water) directly across...

We got ice cream 3 times while in Annapolis. The first was at Storm Brothers. The next day there was a line that wrap inside the building. We decided to go somewhere else. Wrong Decision! The other store was not as good. So the next day we stood in the line and it was sooooo worth it.
We were here Wednesday, April 3, 2013 and the server behind the counter was very unfriendly. We had soft serve ice cream and it was just ok. Don't think we'd go back. Sorry
While it can be crowded on summer weekends, this is THE place to get ice cream in Annapolis! It is a very small storefront and the line usually extends the full length of the store and even outdoors at times but it moves relatively fast. Almost everyone you see walking around ego alley with an ice cream cone, bought it...

Although they don't make their own ice cream, they always have great quality. There is no place better to get a cone on a warm evening while visiting the city dock area.
With its prime location and wide variety of flavors, it is no wonder why their line is out the door! On a nice, hot July day, ice cream is a refreshing treat, and this is the place to get it. I have lived in Annapolis for 13 years and although it is not homemade, they do not have the variety...

Storms Bros is located downtown just steps from the waterfront and often has a line, esp in summer months. They offer a wide array of ice cream choices and are situated well for grabbing a cone and walking off that dinner you just finished.
The sidewalk is very dirty they sell Turkey Hill ice cream. Why bother? If you want really great ice cream then go to the top of Main Street and go to Annapolis ice cream company they make their own ice cream every day from all natural ingredients and is really good. The best in town.
I used to frequent this ice cream store over 20 years ago in high school. We have since moved away and recently we took our children. The place has not changed. They still have a long line, fabulous ice cream, friendly staff, and only take cash. Take your ice cream across the street and sit at the City dock. Great...
