This is a nice place to get traditional stuff. However, there is no guarantee of the quality. Also the prices quoted will be too high.. you need to know how to bargain... haggling is the key here. Start with 50% of whatever the shop keeper quotes and take it up from there... increasing 25 to 30 rupees till the time... More

We were surprised to see the handcraft shops and fool stalls open so late and it was a huge gathering of people of all class coming down to the same shops, food stalls and the rides to enjoy a social mass celebration for everyone.
