We finally found this restaurant because we recognized the name. This restaturant was exist in Bandung too, which offer great food. The food is good, the restaurant is small, but it's OK considering we almost desperate in finding halal restaurant here in Ubud Bali. And the price is so human.

If you are tired of nasi goreng and want to try something different, warung Igelanca is your place. It has an interesting menu, serving dishes from all over the Indonesian archipelago including Java, Sulawesi and Sumatra (picture menu helps). We like the fact that the main courses come with jasmine tea and pickles. The prices are reasonable; our dinner for... More

I only had one dish: the fish soup. the fish was really dry, the broth watery with lots (too much) of lemongrass. The waitress was moody but the lady serving the food was friendly. Won't be back.

Ordered mee Jawa, gado gado, es campur and grilled chicken. Total was 76,000 rupiah. I loved the communal benches and the fact it is located high up on the road side, great for kicking back with a meal and watching the action on the busy road. The food here tasted authentic Indo. No fusion here. Nor the high prices to... More

Good place if you are alone or go quickly. It' s a small and quiet restaurant on the main market street. It' s possible to eat local food with good price. I tried nasi goreng and cheeken salad, very good !.

A lot of the "real Indonesian food" around town is truly awful and same-same but Igelanca is very special! Dishes from all over the archipelago, freshly cooked to order and refreshingly speedy. Feels like a little Javanese restaurant. I absolutely love the "Kwee Tao" (that's how you say it; I forget how you spell it) with divine "silken tofu". My... More
